What is Jug Fishing
Jug Fishing is a fun and easy way to catch catfish.
In its simplest form, jug fishing is simply a jug(a 2 liter bottle, bleach bottle) tied to a hook that you throw in the water. But it gets even more complicated then that. There are two different ways to rig your jugs, anchored and drifting. Anchored, is when you have a weight at the bottom of your line, with hooks leading to the jug. Drifting, as its name suggest, drifts around because it has no anchor.
But over the years, jug fishing has evolved into things called flagging jugs, which has a sliding weight in the tube, and when a fish bites, the jug will stand up, letting you know there is a fish on.
